Are You a Stressed-Out Mom? Time for a Date & Not With Your Partner!

Did you know that if you're a stressed-out mom, your friend is probably a stressed-out mom, too? It's true: We all feel the pressure of a too-busy life. That's why we need to band together, moms. 

So, when you feel like you've worked, worried, planned and cared for others to the point of exhaustion, and you're not having fun with the day-to-day anymore, reach out to a friend. A simple lunch or dinner - or a cup of coffee or glass of wine - shared with a friend can help you both feel better. 

Take some time for yourself and your friends, and recharge your batteries. You deserve it!
