Mindfulness Exercise: Oh, the Things You'll Manifest Once You Start Giving Gratitude

Sometimes we need to take a look at what we have and give thanks for the many blessings that have come our way. It seems like this time of year we are encouraged to take a deep look at what we are whole heartedly thankful for in our lives. When we truly can start to appreciate what we have, the things that we want to attain whether they are personal goals or physical positions will soon become attainable.

The most beautiful and magical things in life are always at arms reach. Unfortunately, most of the time we don’t realize what really matters until we face a tragedy or hardship. But then we see the light brightly shining on our items of gratitude.

Everything is all in comparison. We want more money but, are we willing to sacrifice time away from our friends and family for that? You might realize time is more valuable than money. And we learn to fine tune our wishes.

Personally I’d rather be rich in experiences than rich in my bank account. Maybe because I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on thousands of clients in my more than decade old of a career as a massage therapist. I’ve had the honor of sharing some of my clients darkest and most uplifting moments. I have an empathy for my clients. I feel like we are all on this crazy ride together searching and finding out what really matters the most.
