We all need to drink more water, and it's not always easy to get everyone to drink enough of it. Here's an easy way to entice your family to do it!
- Slice up a small variety of citrus fruits and keep them in a covered container in the fridge.
- When it's already chopped up, it's so easy to add the fruit to a glass of water to "fancy" it up.
Experiment with different choices and let the kids create their own concoction. Try:
- oranges
- lemons
- limes
- tangerines
- grapefruit
Put the cut ends and fruit scraps in your garbage disposal to freshen it up while you're at it. Then pour a glass of fruit-enhanced water and enjoy!
