You've tried everything and, for the most part, you're eating healthier and even losing some weight. If you're like me, unfortunately, there are times when your craving for sweets is stronger than usual. No worries, we've all been there. If this happens, what I do is head to the fridge and grab a pickle!
The acidity of pickles fools my brain into thinking I'm eating sweets (and the big barrel pickles from the deli can be quite nostalgic at the same time). I drink lots of water to feel fuller, and have the occasional sweet in moderation. When I stick to this, I find that I reach my goals!
