Motherhood & Resolutions: Angela Chee's Approach to Positive Change in the New Year! by Elisa Schmitz

I met up with 30Seconds contributor Angela Chee in California over New Year's 2012. We had fun talking about motherhood and resolutions. We agreed that while it's great to have a plan in place to make positive changes, there's really no need to put too much time pressure on yourself for when it all gets done. 

We moms tend to add more stress to our busy lives when we stack even more priorities on top of the ones we already have. Who needs the added pressure, right? So absolutely create a vision for positive change, but make sure to build in some flexibility. That way, you may have more success in accomplishing your goals.
