Magical Mantra for Mindfulness: All Is Well & Life Is Good!

Here's another magical mantra for you: All is well and life is good! Practice present-moment awareness. Focus on your breath. Take a deep breath any time you use your keys to open a door, change locations, etc. My favorite breathing practice is what I call the Yoga Woman Breath for 2017. Here is how it is done:

  • Take a deep breath in and release the breath while making a sound like "Aaaahhhhh." It's as if someone is rubbing your back and it feels so good that you release all the stress, pent up energy or emotions you are holding. 

I recommend breathing this way when exercising or doing yoga.
