A mattress does make a HUGE difference. I slept in one of our guest beds with my grandson a few weeks ago, and I woke up with a stiff back and not-so-great attitude. :) Invest in a good mattress, people!

I definitely find I sleep better at night and feel better in the morning if I quit tech at least an hour before bed. And exercise is so important for overall health.

My senior dog now wakes me up between 6 and 7 to go potty, so she has helped me start getting up early. I do feel better when I get up earlier. Drinking water is, for some reason, always an issue for me. That's what I need to work on. Great tips here!
