While life expectancy is generally getting longer and infant mortality is on the decline, minorities disproportionately feel the burden of serious conditions like diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
April is National Minority Health Month, and this year, we celebrate the importance of staying active. New exercise guidelines prove that exercise can dramatically improve health, and every little bit counts. Here are 10 reasons to get moving today!
