Weed Your Inner Garden: How to Expand Perspective to Change Behavior

Behavior issues signal an underlying root cause that must be looked at from the inside out. In other words, it's time to do some weeding in the interior garden. (Health issues offer us the same cue.) To begin the weeding process, first expand perspective. Every perspective can be enlarged, if truly desired. An internal shift will always precede true external change at every age. Can we deepen our understanding of:

  • authenticity
  • self-love
  • boundaries
  • presence
  • connectedness
  • forgiveness
  • truth
  • gratitude
  • perception

And the capacity in them daily. Truly changing behavior begins on inside.
