Be Very Careful Where You Get Your Fitness Info From! Here's Why!

Be careful who you listen to when it comes to fitness. Choose your fitness and health information wisely. Just because fit buff guy/gal says it's so, doesn't make it so. There are different strategies for:

  • different goals
  • different bodies
  • different health issues
  • different fitness levels

And don't take the supplements they're taking based on what they look like – do your homework on what your body needs. About 99 percent of the time the right food is all you need. Research, get reviews, read feedback and If it's too "QUICK and EASY" run! Fitness isn't either of those because quick fixes usually mean temporary results.

It's been said 1000 times, there is no one right way to get fit so don't let anyone tell you there is. You'll find the fastest way to your body lies in workout and nutrition basics above all else.
