Feeling Blue & Don't Know What To Do? Johnny Depp May Be Able to Help! by Ingrid Echter
As Johnny Depp said, “People cry not because they're weak; it's because they've been strong for too long."
Be it due to hormonal change or a dramatic life event, we all have downs now and then. We can’t always show it because we try to be strong for our kids, it’s not appropriate to cry at work or we're not the type to easily show our feelings.
Here's a tip that might help: When kids are in bed, watch a sad movie and cry – release the sadness inside you. That way, the next morning, your eyes may be a bit puffy, but you’re presentable again and most likely can control your tears in public.
