Need a little motivation to keep exercising? Try these three tips! 

  1. Go to a Class - The instructor sets the pace. Get in a good workout even when you are tired.
  2. Get a Coach - If you prefer to exercise alone, schedule an hour a month with a personal trainer. It will keep you setting and attaining new fitness goals. 
  3. Try Something New - Perhaps a new location, or fresh activities that get you warm on a cold day. Hot yoga, Zumba or spin will get your blood pumping!
