No Fear: Empower Yourself Now By Facing the Uncomfortable!

The only way to get over something you dislike or are afraid of is to face it and deal with it! It won’t disappear if you ignore it, and the longer you procrastinate the longer the stress lingers. 

Witness the fear and uncomfortable feeling in you. Thank your internal mind chatter for all the creative “could be” scenarios and then BE IN ACTION regardless! You will survive it. 

If it is something recurring, it gets easier with each time you do it. And once you have faced it, you’ll experience great relief by putting it behind you.
