Are You Overwhelmed, Tired, Stressed? Take a Mom Timeout! by Dr. Christina Hibbert

We use timeout to help our overstimulated, overtired kids, but are we using it to calm and center ourselves, too? When you're feeling stressed, or just need a break from "being Mom," give yourself a timeout. 

  • Head outside and be in nature (watch my video for a quick mountain retreat!).
  • Close the door and simply breathe.
  • Take a power nap or hide in the bathroom if you must! 

Taking a short break can recharge your brain, re-center your spirit and reignite your energy, helping you go back in there and "be Mom" again, without the stress!
