The Power of Letting Go: Choose to Feel, Choose to Heal by Dr. Christina Hibbert

I've been thinking a lot lately about the power of letting go. Letting go of the past, of hurt, of pain, of loss – learning to forgive, to move on, to heal. It's not easy. Many struggle to 'let go," not sure how that's even possible. The key to letting go is to first, get still. Then, let the emotions come. FEEL them – don't run away, but just let yourself cry or ache or scream. Only once you've felt the emotions can you choose to let them go, can you choose to stop letting the pain of the past have power over you.

Choose to feel.

Choose to let go.

Choose to heal.
