Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned
- 14 ounces (1 can) coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or cane sugar)
- 5 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Put the blender into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to overnight. (Be sure to remove the stems from the strawberries.)
- Put the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn the ice cream according to manufacturer's directions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a freezer container. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Scoop and serve. Store the ice cream in the freezer.
