Cold brew coffee is a coffee concentrate. It's important to use specialty grade coffee because lesser grades may have contaminants. I only allow specialty grade coffees in my roaster. You can enjoy coffee shop coffee at home for less than $1 a cup!
You'll need:
- 9 cups cold water
- 1 pound coarse ground coffee
Here's how to make it:
- Steep for 12 hours in the fridge or on the counter.
- Use a French press or toddy to strain the grounds. Store in your refrigerator in a covered glass jar.
