Cold Brew Coffee Recipe: How to Make Cold Brew Coffee at Home! by Jo Khalifa

Cold brew coffee is a coffee concentrate. It's important to use specialty grade coffee because lesser grades may have contaminants. I only allow specialty grade coffees in my roaster. You can enjoy coffee shop coffee at home for less than $1 a cup! 

You'll need:

• 9 cups cold water 
• 1 pound coarse ground coffee

Here's how to make it:

1. Steep for 12 hours in the fridge or on the counter. 
2. Use a French press or toddy to strain the grounds. Store in your refrigerator in a covered glass jar.
