- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine or prosecco, chilled
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Place the peaches, peach juice, juice from the lemon and optional honey in a high-speed blender. Blend on medium until smooth. (If it seems too thick just add a bit more peach juice to thin it out.)
