- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1 cup chocolate chips

- Add the oats mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Stir to combine. Do not over-mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. (You can use milk chocolate, semisweet or dark chocolate chips. You also could use raisins instead of chocolate chips.)
- Drop by tablespoons-full onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over-bake. (The number of cookies depends on the size of the cookies you form.)
