Juicy Skillet Shrimp Recipe With Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce (15 Minutes) Seafood Dinner Gluten-free Low Sugar Recipes Lunch
When dinner needs to be fast (and delicious), shrimp is one of the first proteins that comes to mind. New shrimp recipes are always on my radar, like this quick and easy skillet shrimp with creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. This seafood dinner is on the table in about 15 minutes!
If you keep a bag of frozen shrimp in your freezer like I do (watch for sales and stock up), you probably don't need a trip to the store for any of the other simple ingredients. Here is what you need to grab from your fridge, pantry and spice rack: large shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, fresh garlic and a lemon for juicing.
After mixing up the simple garlic Parmesan sauce, the shrimp are seasoned and quickly cooked in a skillet. The seafood dinner is even easier and quicker if you buy pre-cleaned shrimp.
These juicy skillet shrimp can be served with your favorite side dishes, or pile them onto a grain and grilled, steamed or roasted vegetables to make a shrimp bowl. I served mine over quinoa with roasted yellow crookneck squash. Simple, delicious and healthy (check out the health benefits of shrimp).

- Serve the shrimp drizzled with the sauce, or make a bowl by piling them on top of a grain and vegetable.
