Ingredients

• 4 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen 
• 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons cold almond milk (or your favorite milk)

Here's how to make it:

1. Put the frozen banana chunks into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and almond milk. Blend until smooth. (Feel free to use the milk of your choice in this recipe.)
3. Serve immediately, or pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for a couple of hours until it firms up, then serve. (The consistency of nice cream is similar to soft-serve ice cream. If you prefer it to be more firm, then allow it to set for a couple of hours in the freezer before serving.)
