I made a dish recently that called for a dry rub spice and I didn't have it in my spice drawer, so I decided to make my own. (Try my chicken perloo recipe!) I was so happy I did! This homemade dry rib rub spice blend comes together in less than 5 minutes and is so yummy. You will want to share this DIY seasoning blend with your friends and family!
To make this easy, gluten-free rib rub recipe you will need brown sugar, paprika, ground mustard, sea or kosher salt and black pepper. The ingredients are simply stirred together. Now they're ready to be used on those ribs or even beef, chicken or pork.
