Love seeds in bread. They just add a lot to the flavor and texture.

I made this last night--very good! I did modify it slightly--I left out the salt, and used sodium-free baking powder instead of the regular baking powder and baking soda. I used soy milk to make buttermilk (by adding lemon juice), and I didn't have flax seeds, so I subbed chia seeds. Made for a tasty breakfast toast this morning with almond butter!
