This nutritious chicken recipe has just seven ingredients and is ready in only about 20 minutes. Low in sodium, fat and calories, this recipe fits into a healthy Mediterranean Diet and is absolutely delicious. At 30Seconds, we call that a winner winner chicken dinner!
Here's what you need in order to make these simple pan-fried chicken breasts: chicken breast, olive oil, panko breadcrumbs, oregano, turmeric, paprika and garlic powder. You blend the spices with the panko, coat the chicken in the mixture then pan-fry them until they're golden brown and crispy. So easy!

- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe Notes
- If you'd like a little heat, feel free to add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- Use gluten-free panko if you want this recipe to be gluten-free.
- Store leftovers in a container in the refrigerator.
Here's how to make it:
- On a plate, combine the panko, garlic powder, paprika and turmeric.
- Roll each chicken breast in the mixture until it is well coated with the breadcrumbs and seasonings. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Place the chicken breasts in the oil in the skillet.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 7 to 9 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the breasts. Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees F on a food thermometer.
