Healthy Peach Cobbler Smoothie Recipe: As Delicious As a Milkshake Smoothies Snacks Fruit

A certain fast food chicken sandwich restaurant has an amazing peach milkshake in the summer months. While I count down the days until they put it back on their menu, I also count the calories. My husband and I are trying to lose weight, so now instead of sipping on an ice cream-based milkshake, I sip on this refreshing and healthier peach cobbler smoothie recipe.

Here are the ingredients you need to keep on hand so you can blend up one of these peach smoothies whenever the craving hits: fresh or frozen peaches, bananas, peach nectar, Greek yogurt and honey. The ingredients are whirled in a blender until smooth. Pour into smoothie glasses and grab a straw!

You can use fresh peaches that you slice and freeze or just grab a bag of frozen peaches from the freezer aisle. This recipe could easily be cut in half to make two servings.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into four smoothie glasses.
