For this Mediterranean-inspired tuna salad recipe you'll need canned tuna (water-packed or oil-packed tuna will work, so use what you like), carrots, green onions, olive oil, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground cayenne (optional), garlic powder and smoked paprika. Mix the ingredients together, season with salt and black pepper, and it's ready to roll.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces (2 cans) tuna, drained
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 - 3 green onions, chopped or 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Here's how to make it:
