Shrimp Louie salad is a classic and timeless salad, and so is the creamy salad dressing that coats the shrimp. You can use this easy homemade salad dressing on that timeless shrimp salad that originated in San Francisco, or you can drizzle it on any salad or use it as a sauce. The creamy dressing is loaded with flavor!

Make this homemade Louie salad dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Season with a little salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Adjust the ingredient amounts to fit your tastes.

Add as much ketchup as you like. Some people like this salad dressing more "ketchupy" than others. It's all up to personal preference. Store this tasty salad dressing in an airtight container or mason jar.
