Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 8 garlic cloves, minced fine, crushed or pressed
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 
• 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 package (18 ounces) tortellini, cooked according to package directions 

Here's how to make it: 

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Cook, stirring, until it begins to lightly brown. Add the olive oil and garlic. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
2. Add the cream, onion powder and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring, until cheese melts.
3. Add the cooked tortellini and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
