Best Balsamic Chicken Recipe: Juicy Balsamic Vinaigrette Chicken Is Ready in About 30 Minutes Poultry Dinner

Baked chicken dinners are perfect for busy weeknights. This is the best balsamic vinaigrette chicken recipe I’ve tried. With just a few ingredients, the chicken turns out juicy and tangy, and is ready in only about 30 minutes.

I used both chicken breasts and thighs, but you could use just breasts or just thighs if you prefer. Serve this delicious chicken dinner recipe over rice to soak up the delicious sauce and with your favorite vegetable side dishes.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 to 35 minutes
Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients

Here’s how to make it:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, oregano and paprika.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. (If you like, you can marinate the chicken for an hour or two in the refrigerator, but it’s not necessary.)
  3. Put the chicken into a baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165 degrees F).

Note: I pulled the chicken out of the oven after about 15 minutes to turn each piece over, coating it again in the sauce.
