Ingredients

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove to a paper towel, leaving the bacon grease in the pan. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  2. Add the bacon, beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard and coffee. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 2 hours.
