Spanish rice is a must with tacos, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, quesadillas anything really! This easy Spanish rice recipe is on the table in 10 minutes. No joke!

Ingredients

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic powder, onion powder and ground cumin. Cook, stirring, 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the rice. Season with salt and pepper. Bring back to a boil, cover and turn off the heat. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
