  1. Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  2. Put the chopped apples into a large bowl. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and toss to coat. 
  3. Add the remaining salad ingredients. 
  4. Drizzle on the vinaigrette. Toss to coat.
