Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe Is Refreshingly Fabulous Salads Sauces/Condiments

A fresh lemon salad dressing is an easy way to add brightness to those salad greens. Lemon seems to be one of our favorite flavors year-round!

For this five-minute lemon vinaigrette salad dressing you will need white wine vinegar, honey, shallot, Meyer lemon juice, olive oil and whole-grain mustard. Simply whisk all the ingredients together and season with salt and black pepper. This easy vinaigrette is so quick to make, but adds so much to whatever it touches! 

This easy Meyer lemon vinaigrette recipe can be made with regular lemons if you can't find those prized Meyer lemons. You could add some fresh herbs, too. Don't have whole-grain mustard? Use Dijon or whatever mustard you enjoy. Drizzle this lemony salad dressing recipe on salads, of course, but also chicken and fish. Delish!

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon minced shallot
• 1/4 cup Meyer lemon juice or regular lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
