Fluffy, creamy and full of raspberry flavor, this heavenly raspberry dessert recipe is like a cloud on your spoon. The festive four-ingredient recipe takes just minutes to prepare (though it does need time to chill) and can be served family style or in individual serving cups.

You only need four ingredients to make this fluffy raspberry recipe: vanilla pudding, water, raspberry gelatin and non-dairy whipped topping. The fresh raspberries for serving are optional. You boil the pudding mix in water, then stir in the gelatin. Pour the mixture into a bowl (or bowls) and chill until set.

Not a fan of raspberry? You could use strawberry or cherry-flavored gelatin instead. This easy dessert recipe makes a colorful addition to any special occasion menu, but it's simple enough to make any day of the week. It's gluten-free and vegetarian, too.

Recipe Notes

  • If you're not a fan of raspberry or want to change it up, you could use strawberry or cherry-flavored gelatin instead.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • To elevate this dessert, serve with a dollop of homemade whipped cream, mint leaves and a few raspberries as garnish.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the water and pudding mix into a saucepot. Stir to combine then bring to a boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, remove from the heat. Stir in the gelatin until well combined. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours or until chilled.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping with an electric mixer until smooth. Serve with fresh berries.
