People just can't get enough of this two-ingredient no-bake lemon pie. But they also have a sweet tooth for a no-bake lemon pie recipe that uses cream cheese. Ta-da! This easy, creamy lemon pie recipe has sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla and cream cheese. You can't go wrong with cream cheese in a decadent dessert recipe like this!

If you prefer making your own homemade graham cracker pie crust, that's fine for this pie recipe. You could also use a pre-made shortbread crust or pre-made nut crust for a change. All are delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 box (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Here's how to make it:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. 
  2. Beat in the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

I had to serve it as a frozen pie since it would not set up. The filling would make an awesome pudding, but doesn't set enough to serve as a a pie

I found this recipe yesterday and fixed it last night i didn't have lemon's so i used the stuff in a bottle and added a little lemon flavoring it turned out delicious
