"In some Danish families, risengrød is strictly reserved for the Christmas season. In my family, it’s on the menu once or twice almost every month. It’s not something you eat at restaurants but a home-cooked meal." Risengrød can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinner that tastes like dessert? Count us in!
