Here's how to make it: 

  1. To make the crust, combine the crushed cookies, butter and salt. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while you make the filling. 
  2. To make the filling, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Add the caramel sauce.
  3. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the filling into the cold pie crust. Chill at least 4 hours before adding toppings and serving.
