Recipe Notes

  • Baking time will depend on the size and type of chicken pieces used.
  • To add some freshness, throw in about 1 cup of cherry tomatoes about 10 minutes before the chicken is done cooking.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place it in a baking pan. Pour the sauce over the chicken and make sure it's completely coated. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 15 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken over and continue to bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F internal temperature).

Hmm. 4 servings. 6 pieces of chicken. There's likely to be anarchy! Looks like a great recipe, & 1 I can see making often. 👍

You are too funny, Terry ! In general, servings are tough to calculate because there are many variables. We think offering a range is more realistic. But we've edited this recipe to reflect one piece per serving, thank you!
