Recipe Notes

  • You can steam the broccoli on the stovetop or in the microwave. If steaming in the microwave, place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl covered with a damp paper towel and microwave until crisp-tender, around 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Instead of mozzarella, you can try this recipe with cheddar or another favorite cheese.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix well.
  2. Add the broccoli and stir to combine. Pour into a baking dish that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella and the Parmesan.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 minutes or until melted and golden.
