This easy tikka chicken patties recipe would be delicious served with gochujang ketchup or spicy mayo.

Ingredients

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Combine the chicken, 1/4 cup of the breadcrumbs, onion, green onion, cilantro, ginger, garam masala, cayenne, turmeric, coriander and cumin. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix well. (Add a little more breadcrumbs if too sticky.) Shape the mixture into patties.
  2. Put the egg into a bowl and beat well. Put the remaining breadcrumbs in another bowl. 
  3. Heat a little oil in a skillet. Dip the patties into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Fry in the oil until crisp on both sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
