Chef Gigi's amazing vegan pumpkin donuts with cinnamon sugar dust inspired me to order my first donut pans. Maybe this easy two-ingredient pumpkin donut recipe will inspire you.

The batter has two ingredients, which means minimal prep. If you don't want to pipe the batter into the doughnut pan, you could carefully spoon it into the molds. The donuts are delicious hot out of the oven!

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 9 to 12 minutes
Total Time: 19 to 22 minutes
Servings: 16 to 18 donuts

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the cake mix and pumpkin in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Put the batter into a piping bag or plastic food storage bag with the tip cut off.
  3. Pipe the batter into donut pans that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 9 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
