• 15 ounces (1 box) spice cake mix
• 15 ounces (1 can) pumpkin puree  
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Here's how to make it:

1. Combine the cake mix and pumpkin in a bowl until smooth. For even more pumpkin flavor, sprinkle in some pumpkin pie spice.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips. You can use semisweet, milk, dark or bittersweet chocolate chips in this recipe.
3. Drop the dough by tablespoons full onto greased or parchment paper-covered baking sheets. 
4. Bake in preheated 375-degree F oven for about 10 to 14 minutes. Store the cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
