Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced or chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon flour

  4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
