Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (use your favorite)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk to combine. Store in a salad dressing cruet or airtight container until ready to use.
