Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ground cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the shrimp into a bowl. Add the garlic, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp and cook about 1 to 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  3. Add the lime juice, lime zest and cilantro. Toss and serve.
