Mojito Slushie Recipe: You Need One of These Frozen Mojito Cocktails in Each Hand Cocktails
Some may want a piña colada in each hand, but we want one (two) of these mojito slushies! This easy frozen mojito recipe is a refreshing weekend sip that's perfect for your next get-together, or anytime.
If you're having several guests over, double the recipe and pour it into a pitcher. Put out lime slices and mint leaves and let guests make their own.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup rum
- 8 cups crushed ice
Here's how to make it:
- Put the sugar and water into a sauce pot. Cook, stirring, until sugar melts, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a blender, add the cooled simple syrup and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
