Ingredients

• 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
• 1/4 cup rum
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
• 1/4 cup coconut cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

Here's how to make it:

1. Put the pineapple chunks in a drink shaker and muddle (crush up). 
2. Pour in the rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and the crushed ice. 
3. Give it a good shake and pour into a glass or hollowed out pineapple.
