This easy and creamy almond ice cream will be your new favorite ice cream recipe. With only five ingredients (six if you add the slivered almonds), it's as simple as it is delicious.

To make this frozen dessert even more special, you can recreate the taste of that coconut candy bar we all love. Just stir in some flaked coconut and chocolate chips. You. Are. Welcome.

For dairy-free ice cream, use two cans of coconut milk and omit the heavy cream.

Yum! Love the dairy-free option. I have vegan kids, so that's always a plus.

OK, this looks absolutely amazing. I'm wondering if this can be made without an ice cream maker somehow? Like in a blender?? I know I need one, but still haven't gotten one! Donna John

I don't see why not. Maybe blend it then pour it into a container and freeze?
