Warm months mean ice cream! When you think about marshmallow fluff, do you just think of clouds of it floating on top of your hot chocolate? Well, stop! After you taste this easy three-ingredient marshmallow ice cream recipe, you'll see it in a whole new way.
For the basic marshmallow ice cream recipe, you'll need heavy cream, a can of sweetened condensed milk and a jar of marshmallow fluff (aka marshmallow crème). The heavy cream is whipped with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, then the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow fluff are added. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze until firm.
I've shared some variations for the ice cream recipe, too. You can make peanut butter fluff ice cream or s'mores ice cream by adding just one or two more ingredients. Serve this sweet ice cream for dessert or a snack any time.
- To make peanut butter fluff ice cream, swirl in 1/2 to 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
- To make s'mores ice cream, swirl in hot fudge sauce and crushed graham crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
- 7 ounces (1 jar) marshmallow fluff
Here's how to make it:
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow fluff.
- Pour into a loaf pan. Freeze until solid, about 2 hours. To make it easier to scoop out and serve, remove the ice cream from the freeze about 20 minutes before serving.
